I use to work a block from this place and it use to be an Argentine restaurant that i wanted to try. Look it up on yelp and turns out that now is a taco way , so we decided to give a try. Walking in we got greeted right away and told we could sit anywhere we want . took a look at the menu and went with 2 tacos to eat there and a pair of beers . as we were eating decided to get a burro and tacos to go place the order and finished eating meanwhile just as our order was ready i remember that i wanted to also try the fish tacos order one and they gave us the food that was ready when the fish taco was ready it was given to me at no charge , i think that was a nice gesture. We have some places for tacos near by but this place looks like a nice place to catch a ball game have some beers and tacos we'll be back. Ps $2.00 ballet parking.

In case you have a hard time finding it, this place is not viewable from Roscoe Blvd. It's next to a 7-11 and there are a bunch of trees in front of the complex. Just follow the directions on Google. Parking is a bit tight on Taco Tuesdays but I was able to find a spot. They have various specials through the week with $1 (not $1.50 like their menu says) tacos on Tuesday and Whiskey Wednesday. When you walk in you see what looks like a lunch-time taco place. To the left and around the corner is a long bar. It's concrete. Opposite the bar are sofas. Lighting is great. They have TVs for the sports people. They serve some of the best tacos in LA (that's saying something). It's street tacos, style. Great drinks except that my margarita was too sweet for my taste. I'm a liquor on the rocks kind of girl. I tried to order a skinny margarita and bartenders didnt know what that is. Not mad about it. I loved their fixation on really good food. So delicious.

If this rating was just for the food quality and service, I would give it 5 stars without hesitation. The food here is superb, at least the 2 menu items I keep coming back for (asada burrito way or asade tacosway). I've visited many times now and I've never been disappointed. I've never had to wait at an empty cashier; someone was always ready to take my order. Even during busier times, my food came out at a better than acceptable time every time. The employees are always nice. The only reason I docked a star is because of location and the tight space. The parking lot tends to house a couple sketchy people, but it is a busy little strip mall (before 11pm) and I've never seen any situations occur. If you are looking for some great Mexican food with great portions at a fair price, this is the spot!

This is my new favorite mexican restaurant by a long shot. Hidden bar with phenomenal food, good drinks, and great service. The Tacos are amazing and if your craving something a little greasy or cheesy get like one or two tacos way.
